Terrible Tariffs! Temporary Shipping Change For US

Thank you for your continued support of OtakuAG! We really appreciate you! 

Due to the tarriffs that went into effect this week, we are forced to make some changes to our shipping policy. 

For those outside the US, shipping will be the same. So, thanks for reading to this point, but you are good :)

For those of you in the US, though, we will invoice the shipping bill to you, as what you now purchase will now determine shipping costs. We will be shipping through FedEx right now, as it seems to be the cheapest and easiest option to get you your products, and they are asking for UPFRONT payment of tariffs.

With this in mind, we will accept any, and all, orders, but for the US we will send you an invoice of the 15% tariff charge with the updated shipping + cost of the products. This is the easiest soultion that we've found, so far, but we are constantly looking for ways to make this easier for you!

If you don't agree to the shipping invoice, you have the option to cancel your order. 

Obviously, we hope the new policies in place will be changed soon in the future, and as soon as we hear, we will update you guys as well as adjust our own policies to reflect them!
