1. Use of Site You must be at least 13 years old to use this website. Users under 18 require parental/guardian consent. You agree not to use the Site for unlawful activities, hacking, or automated purchases (e.g., bots or scraping tools). We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access to any user we reasonably believe is violating these Terms.

2. Orders and Payments All orders are subject to product availability and price confirmation. We may cancel or refuse orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues. Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. For international orders, you are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees assessed by your country's customs authority. We are not responsible for shipments delayed, held, or refused by customs, and we do not reimburse duties or taxes charged after purchase.

3. Marketing Communications By providing your email address or phone number, you consent to receive:

4. Intellectual Property The OtakuAnimeGoods name, logo, and original site content are our property and may not be used without permission. All third-party trademarks, characters, and brands (including but not limited to Pokémon, One Piece, and other trading card properties) belong to their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these brands, publishers, or rights holders.

5. Product Authenticity and Condition We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and photograph all products, including condition, edition, and language. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, cards are sold ungraded and "as described." Grading terminology (e.g., "Near Mint," "Lightly Played") reflects our own assessment and is not a substitute for professional grading. All products sold are guaranteed authentic. If you believe you received a counterfeit item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence (see Section 6).

6. User Accounts You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts, or refuse service, at any time and at our discretion.

7. Returns and Refunds See our Return Policy for full details. Sealed collectibles are final sale unless defective or damaged in transit. Damage or authenticity claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and must include photo or video evidence (including, where applicable, unboxing footage). Claims submitted without evidence or after this window may be denied at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits).
Carrier delays, lost shipments, or customs-related delays once an order has shipped.
Market value fluctuations of collectible items after purchase.

9. Force Majeure We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, manufacturer shortages, shipping carrier disruptions, customs delays, or acts of government.

10. Data Collection This Site is hosted on Wix, which collects certain data as described in Wix's own Privacy Policy.
