Shipping Policy
 

Shipping Method & Processing Time

All orders are shipped via FedEx, EMS or with our BULK through the Rare Candy platform.

Orders are processed within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

FedEx can be shipped immediately but it is often the most expensive option. FedEx also is invoice only, so once we create the shipment we will invoice you the bill.

EMS will soon be discontinued as Japan is placing more restrictions on shipping to certain countries.

​

BULK shipment is the cheapest and covers our flat rate. We ship all bulk shipments at the end of the week with our Rare Candy orders. The orders are sent to our US location and then go through to USPS from there. The bulk option may take the longest (depending on when you place your order) but it is by far the most affordable with a flat rate of 12.00.

Shipping Costs

Flat Rate Shipping: $12.00 (applies to all orders, regardless of size or weight).

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to multiple countries worldwide. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost in transit, contact us immediately at otakuanimegoods@gmail.com, and we’ll assist in filing a claim.
